Will finishes top 16 of Division lll
Bates College first-year men's tennis player William Boe-Wiegaard (Georgetown, Conn.) was knocked off in the second round, Sunday afternoon, in straight sets, 6-0 and 6-3 by Nick Barnes of Coe College at the 2003 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Singles Championships at Gustavus Adolphus College.
Boe-Wiegaard ends his season with a record of 16-8 after winning his opening round match, yesterday, in straight sets (6-4, 6-4), against Andy Campbell of Rhodes College.
